I buy & sell antiques. Last month I had 4 vintage glass jugs arrive as a boxfull of glass chards. The postman suggested I refuse it because glass was falling out of the box that was in his words, "smashed to shit". At his recommendation I refused it. Filed a claim. Claim denied because I didnt have the box. 2 days ago, an antique phone/bank arrived. Box torn open, smashed and item in pieces. Today. I have the front door open sitting in my chair inside. USPS stops, I hear the jeep door slam. A minute later I hear my 3 packages land on my concrete porch and skid to a stop. Package on the bottom marked Fragile. I got the package, walked toward the Jeep. I said "hey dude!" He looked right at me and drove off. I hope your personal mail service is as shitty as mine. You guys suck. Ridiculous.

Today, 3/23/2020, our regular female mail carrier delivered our mail to our Home Care Company. She made an inappropriate comment to my husband (the owner) stating "Why aren't you closed"? My husband proceeded to inform your brilliant postal carrier that "we were a Health Care PROVIDER, that we would not be closing as we have an obligation to our homebound patients". She then sharply said "well your whole staff does not need to be here" as she marched out our front door. Little to her knowledge we are all nurses here and we HAVE downsized our staff. I highly dislike her disrespect and unnecessary comments during these extremely difficult times. Please educate her to be better informed before she "blasts" our staff as these may, in fact, be the individuals that save her life someday!
