Absolutely the most rude people i have ever dealt with. Brian is a complete jerk and the ladies are not much better. If you dont like your job get a new one !!!!!

The postmaster Brian needs to work on having a little empathy when problems happen, a good lesson on problem resolution, and his telephone skills also need some serious coaching. A supervisor roll isn't a good fit for this gentleman.

Rude Hateful people. Diane at the front counter should have been retired years ago at the postmaster was totally out of line hollering across the counter. We were made to wait from 10 am to 4pm for a package that was in the back room the whole time. Then told we would have to come back tomorrow. We told them we were from out of town. Now we were suppose to get a hotel to wait till tomorrow. Both Diane and the post master should be retired for the sanity of their customers. Josh was the only person that was helpful and nice. They should put Joshua in charge.
If you want to see the abuse of the American taxpayers money. Go look at Diane and the postmaster at the Mogadore post office. No wonder UPS is taking over the sooner the better.

I am writing in regards to The Randolph Fox Mobile Home Park. As you may or may not know there has been a increase in residents in the park. A Lot of Complaints Also about the mail service. A Lot of people getting other addresses mail within the park OR not receiving some of their mail &/or small packages AT ALL. Would much appreciate if the mailing system would be more careful & correct in delivering our mail. Thank You, Fox Run Mobile Home Park Residents.
