I am extremely unhappy with Oregon Ohio's postal service. I continually receive my neighbor's mail and vice versa. Our address is clearly displayed. I am currently on hold to speak to someone at the postal service. I have been on hold for 52mins with this crappy elevator music...I have also experienced another issue. My son's graduation invitations went out last Thursday and nobody has received their's as of yet... talk about Snail mail. Anyway... still holding. The message preceding this annoying hold stated that the hold would be 20-30mins. max... hahaha... It has now been 56mins. WOW!!! Very Unhappy customer here😠😡😣

I filled out a forwarding form. Have been in Florida for 4 weeks. have not received a single piece. I have called Oregon, Destin,Florida, Santa Rosa Beach post offices and no one knows anything. No mail anywhere. Oregon says they are sending it, no one down here has received any??? Not happy

Saturday 9/17 about 2pm one of your pleasant mail carrier, who works for me, by the way was incredibly rude and condescending ask me whose vehicle was near our mailbox. I said it was ours and we are having someone look at it. I apologized for the inconvenience and he told me to move it he has a job to do. No please. No thank you. Just a bullying condescending approach. Then you should see the lovely message he wrote on our mail. I have over a 100 employees report up through me and I would NEVER have an employee represent my organization in that manner. This is the first time I have ever written a complaint regarding any service in my life.
