This 5 star review is for one of your employees - Melissa Landsberger who, according to my cousin in Salem is the ONLY mail carrier that cares enough to deliver important information and boxes and USPS envelopes directly to my cousin - face to face for her because she has medical issues. From what I understand, Melissa cares about her job and the people on her route. Also, from what my family says, there could possibly be a neighbor that is stealing out of the mailboxes, taking what they want, and putting the mail back in the box OPENED!! Your job there is to make sure this doesn't happen and to investigate. This may be happening to others also. This is why Melissa does her due diligence for my family and I thank her for that.
