For 3 days I have been waiting for 2 packages to be redelivered. The first slip gave no reason why my package couldn't be delivered. The second slip said that the receptacle full/item oversized. Now each time the slips were attached to letters and put in my mailbox, so if it was full how were the letters being put in, I do not get mail all like that and it has never been that fool. And as far as being an oversized item that too is a lie, I have ordered the same products before and they were put in my mailbox. Somebody is not wanting to carry those packages and basically put off on somebody else which is me to either try to get a ride there and pick it up or go through a round and round with redelivery. I am a senior citizen and I have trouble getting around due to my legs and I shouldn't have to go through camping out for 3 days in my lobby looking watching and asking every time I see some delivery person do they have a package for my apartment number. Y'all got to make some changes cuz y'all affecting people that can't get around like everybody else in my apartment building is full of elderly senior citizens.
