My snails have still not been checked in to be sent to me? 1704 hrs on yesterday 02/14/23. 420668019305510944101922915671 How hard is it send on three (3) snails? My dad in Heaven would be ashamed.

Every time I order high priced items it will show delivered when NOT . Then the service is rude because I have to fight to find it or fight to get a refund. I’m tired of not getting my packages. Idc what they say they did not leave my package . I was home . Got notification and no package. Outrageous

I've rented a post office box at this location for 11 years. I have never been late. Today I tried to open my box and couldn't, figured I had a lot of mail over the weekend, well I was advised by worker that I was late on my dues. I never received a bill, but I was charged a 22.00 late fee. I spoke to manager and he said he would not waive the fee. I explained how I never received a bill and was never late in 11 years. Apparently that didn't matter to him. Maybe this is a blessing in disguise because that post office has lost items that I've purchased and I always get someone else's mail in my P.O. Box. So I'm done, going to keep box for a few months and just going to get my mail delivered to my home. After being a loyal customer for 11 years I feel very let down and disappointed.
