Lady was extremely rude. I had 20 big envelopes which requires special printed stamps, so she refused to do it because it’s so many. I said I can also help her, but she denied giving excuses that other people will come and she will have to make them wait. I said then you can stop my work and take them first, I will wait. But she said it’s 20 calendar and she will not do that. I had to come back without mailing them.

Our business is located at 615 Copeland Mill Road, Suite 1H, Westerville, OH. I am writing to issue a complaint about our mail carrier. She is consistently rude and short tempered. Today, she made a comment about delivering packages. She replaced a former mail carrier by the name of Brian whom we really liked. I just want to communicate our dissatisfaction with our current mail carrier. Thank you.
