Postal Locations

I have been trying to get a refund for my PO box that was Closed but still Auto renewed without my permission for over a year now. I even called them when I got the auto renew notice email before it happened to let them know that I had already closed it and I STILL got charged. I have been calling back and forth trying to get help or waiting for a call back for LITERALLY A YEAR. This is insane.

I gave the employee at the desk my mail. It was never delivered. The people I mailed the letters to never received the letters. It was on March16, 2020. It's been 3 weeks. It was clerk # 68. I know other people that mail has been lost and never delivered from this post office location.

I called the Westlake Post office because I haven't received my vacation hold mail. I was told there was no mail on hold. I explained that I was expecting mail over the period of time the hold was in effect. She just kept reiterating there was no mail there. I asked if I could speak to a manager and was told I was speaking to a supervisor. She would not try to help me or transfer me to another. When I asked again to speak to a manager, she hung up on me. I never raised my voice, never got angry - just tried to patiently get more information. I would certainly like to speak to someone who doesn't think quality service is hanging up on customers.
