Postal Locations

I've had several problems with the Zanesville facility from packages that I have tracked stating that they are out for delivery but never show up to having to pay $14.00 and fill out a form at another location in Zanesville to receive a package at the Zane grey location that stated on the tracking was supposed to be received that day

I have placed quite a few orders over the years. This is whats totally crazy to me. I can watch a package from either coast make it to the Zanesville location in 24 hours, but, then it sits in Zanesville for 2-3 days then says out for delivery for another 24 hours before it comes to my local post office. Why is Zanesville so far behind the curve? And its not because of covid because this has been happening for years and happens every single time. I guarantee I will never pay you guys for this level of disservice again. There is no excuse for this type of delay. My most recent package went from NJ to Zanesville in less than 24 hours. My package has now been sitting in Zanesville where it has been since 4am Saturday. What is it I'm paying for exactly? I mean UPS might take out my mailbox and throw my package at the door before the peel out... But at least its here when it says it will be...

receiving mail at 7:15 pm in the evening is unacceptable. Zanesville post office needs staffing from the top.
