We have lived in our home for 19 years. In that time we routinely have mis-delivered mail. Today is no exception. The package was “left in resident’s mailbox” is not there. If history is any indication, it was mis-sorted and mis-delivered to a home in our neighborhood with the same house number but very different street name. We will routinely leave their mail in their mailbox when we get it. They may or may not. So. Here I am. Again.
Said on the News that there is a special passport sign up tomorrow. When I called to schedule an appointment, it never connected me. It says stay on the line for someone to help you and than it says the key you select is not valid. What to do?
My mailbox has no flag. Do I REALLY have to stick a red T-shirt in the mailbox door so that it obvious to the carrier in order to get outgoing mail picked up when the carrier has no incoming mail for me?
I spoke with Kristy, one of the managers, and let me tell you, she went above, and beyond to help me track a very important package of mine. She even helped in ways that I know she didn’t have too, and also shared some really awesome new features with me on the App. Super sweet, and friendly! 5 stars in my book!!!
If one really, really need to speak with an employee with an urgent question and nobody ever answers the phone, what is one to do?
This can be considered a bad review.
For the past 2-3 weeks I keep getting mail which is not only mine, but it is CLEARLY the wrong address. My address starts with a "6". The mail I am getting in error starts with a "5". Please correct ASAP. I walk with a cane and correctly delivering the mail is a bit of an inconvenience. The next 2 numbers in the addressee's address do not match mine.
One mistake I get. 6 in two weeks I do not. Some of the errant mail appears on the envelope to be critical health and/or tax documents.
This scares me I may be missing critical mail. Please counsel the assigned carrier. If it keeps happening I have no choice but to escalate. Neighborhood is coffee creek, private homes.
This is Feb. 28th. I did not get mail service Feb. 27th. No pick up, no delivery. Why? I have no idea and this is not the first time it has happened. Remember "neither sleet, snow, nor dark of night.." ? I had bill payments which needed to be mailed yesterday. Those checks are still sitting in my mailbox. If I say that to my creditors, it sounds like " the dog ate my homework." I live at 1007 Irvine Terrace 73025 which is the west side of Oak Tree. Please fix this. It is a real problem.
I tried to get my passport using this office and was turned away with completed packet. They refused to help anyone because it was close to closing time. Lazy with bad attitudes not wanting to do their jobs before closing. The man was incredibly rude and outright lied to us saying he had turned away 20 people before us (we were waiting there for 20m and saw no one else come through other than 1 other family--all before closing time. USPS--plenty of people are out of jobs--you need to hire people who actually want to work!
