I was going to send pictures but I can’t copy and paste them here.
I do have a complaint that in this day and age of porch pirates we have on at least 3 recent occasions packages have been left out where they can be easily seen from the busy street. Even after requesting that they be left by the garage door. Our drive is easily traveled to the house maybe 300 ft. Dump trucks and cement trucks have made it to the house. It easy to turnaround and make it back to the road. I don’t understand what the problem is.
Packages being left near road at mailbox instead of being brought to the front door. This is just pure laziness! In this day and age of porch pirates and such, this is just asking for someone to steal your packages!
They never answer the phone I have been trying to contact someone about my packages never getting delivered and no one answers the phone doesn't matter what time of day it is this is just poor customer service
I may have a package in the delivery box at my facility. I didn't catch the key provided by the postman. It locked before I could retrieve whatever was in box #1. Not able to speak to postman or reach anyone at provided phone numbers. I fear my delivery was returned or remains in th locked box until discovered. Any assistance would be appreciated
