I have not received my package for 2 weeks. My tracking number is 9510816335949154440797. Where is it now? You say the address of this package is wrong, but the sender showed that it is wright. You say the package will be returned back to the sender. But he has not received it for 10 days. So where is it? Do you have the photo for the wrong adress? I really need my package!!! I would just like to take a moment to recognize and applaud an employee at the 36th Norman Post Office. I have called into Kara 3 times over the past couple of days to get a mailed check issue figured out, and she has been very very helpful and polite- making my experience a smooth one. She has shown great customer service by asking by to call her back and letting her know if I have figured the situation out. Thank you!
