Over the past couple of month's I have placed outgoing mail in my mailbox, with the flag up. At least 3 times the mail person has placed new mail in my box and left the outgoing mail. Obviously, they are not paying attention to what they are doing forcing me to take my mail to the post office to deliver my outgoing mail.

Warr Acres post office staff is pretty incompetent and rude. Had a delivery note left at my house so I went to pick up my parcel the next day but they couldn't find it. Called the following day to see if it had been found but NO. Spoke to Randy, the manager, who was rude and defensive about the whole thing. STILL waiting to hear back from them.
