I believe a package that was supposed to be delivered Dec 15th was stolen by one of your carriers. I watched them deliver my mail went right to the mailbox expecting a package. no package yet an hour later they said they delivered it. Now your saying its my responsibility.
No answer at NE Station--ever. Have had no mail delivery to residence (74115) for about 8 days.This started around July 25 or 26, 2020. Today is Aug. 4, 2020. Not anything in my mail box at 5819 E. King St. No letters, billing statements, small packages, magazines, car tag renewal sticker, physicians reports--things I desperately need since I am confined to home. Neighbors close by seem to be getting mail delivery. Where is my mail? I really need it!
I have had a letter out for pickup since Wednesday and here it is Friday no one has been delivering our mail in this area. Is there a problem I don't know about???
Seems like I get mail maybe once or twice a week. When I have two day shipping from stores I don’t receive it on time because my packages have been sitting in the post office for last two days. Poor service. Where is MY MAIL?????
Called to see what the problem with my package delivery was. Tracking indicated “waiting for delivery scan” for FIVE days. They in fact had my package and didn’t know it and when I went to go pick it up at 5pm sharp (scheduling issue) the doors were already closed, locked, and the blinds drawn. Annoying!
I live on Jasper St. and I keep getting mail for King St. I get magazines and small packages intended for King St. Can you government employees please do your job and deliver the mail to the correct address!
