These are the most condescending people you would ever meet. They misdeliver your mail by giving you someone else's mail or placing your mail in someone else's mailbox. When you call the post office, they say there is nothing they will do about it. They just don't care. They think they are better than everyone else because they work for the federal government. The employees are very rude, and the carriers think they are just short of God. They enjoy their pleasure goofing up on their jobs while we are paying for their pleasure. They never check their mail. They just stuff it in the mailbox whether it is yours or not. When you let them know it is not your mail, they get very cavalier and supercilious with you. When you have mail for them to come and pick up, they skip your house, and sometimes, the mail stays there for a few days. This post office is pathetic, repulsive, and detrimental to the residents to the zip code.
We have not received our mail for two days at Evans Family Dentistry, please check with you mail man to make sure they are delivering mail... we have check everyday....someone is falling down on their job!!!
These people refuse to do their jobs. I paid to do my mail forward online on 8/21/19 and it was to start on 8/31/19. To this day, I still have not received one piece of forwarded mail, todays date is 11/21/19. i have gone to the office and talked with a supervisor, i have filed complaints online and all i get are auto responses saying they are looking into it, but nobody calls me and nothing has been done about it. I am missing 4 checks that I am aware of from the scans of the mail for the old address.
They also are not updating the daily digest thing with the scanned mail for my current address.

I did not get my mail yesterday I found that the mail man removed
my name from the mail box when he saw an empty living room. I will

First of all, we are a business that operates 8:30 - 5:00 PM Mon - Friday, pretty standard for most businesses, however, our mail does not usually get delivered until after 5:00 PM and that presents a problem for us. I am currently trying to reach the office to inquire about a redelivery because the carrier didn't provide a redelivery number on the Form 3849 and it was, of course, delivered AFTER WE CLOSED and I have made about 15 attempts so far to reach someone at this location and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I do not have time to go to the post office every time my carrier can't get our mail to us before 5pm. We need our mail BEFORE 5pm daily. I am sending this in the hopes that you can provide a solution to this problem.
