left food outside for collection on this day. It is 6:45 pm and food is still outside for pickup. It was there when mail was delivered this morning. Not very attentive. Needham Street carrier.

I received a message my packages couldn’t be delivered. No explanation why or where I can go to get them. If the post office isn’t going to deliver my packages at least let me know what is happening and why! This is very frustrating and unacceptable.

Today, December 19, 2018 a postal worker at the Dallas, Oregon post office played Santa Claus. She helped locate a package that had the wrong zip code and corrected the information so there will still be presents under the tree this Christmas. Fantastic service and I just wanted to give a "shout-out" and a BIG thank you to Paula.

I want to personally thank Clerk #20 for such superior service at the counter last Tuesday. He was engaging, efficient, and compassionate. Three words rarely used to describe one person, let alone a post office experience. Had to let someone know.

For over 10 years I had a wonderful mail carrier and never had a problem. One day she was gone and I have had nothing but problems ever since. 1) Constantly receiving mail for other addresses 2) Receiving mail for my address but different street name 3) Having the neighbor kids bring my mail to me because it was dropped on the street. 4) My mail being delivered to the incorrect address 5) Not having what I try to mail be picked up for several days. I've even had it shoved back into my mail box. 6) Having to get my sons disability reinstated because important documents they mailed me never reached me. 7) And today my house has been labeled as vacant by my most recent postal carrier. And now I have to go to the post office to pick up my mail. 8) Never knowing when the mail is going to be delivered. Sometimes we receive it early in the morning and sometimes after 5. I do not expect an exact time but it would be nice to know an approximate time to expect it. 9) Had the mail carrier not deliver my mail because my dog was tied at the porch. I was outside weeding the yard with my dog and watched the mail carrier walk right past me. Dog never barked. Because of all the problems that I have been having I have stopped using the postal service whenever possible. I pick up and deliver all important documents. I travel to Salem when I need to mail anything. Send items via UPS or FedEx for all my shipping needs. And use email for most of my correspondence. I used to love my mail carrier
