I am at this post office almost every day dropping off packages. There is one lady who just acts so irritated every time she has to do something. She is outright rude and unprofessional. It’s like she hates her job which is not anyones fault but her own. I don’t appreciate being treated this way. I don’t appreciate being treated like I am bothering her or she doesn’t have time to help me process my packages.
friday march 8th i went to check for mail several times. nothing. at 5pm or after my neighbor several doors down came with my husbands meds and mail and asked if i had his mail because his box was full of mine. i didnt have his. we are also missing meds that the v.a. claims have been sent and delivered. fight that when the mail person has scanned the package and claims it has been delivered. worst p.o. ever.next stop? post master somewhere else? above this one?
We've lived here 17 years and never had a problem with mail delivery before, but now our mail carrier is afraid to drive up our driveway, so we have to drive to the Eagle Creek post office to pick up packages that won't fit in our mail box. No one else has a problem. UPS has always delivered to our address with no problem. Need a new carrier!
Just got off the phone with the most rude women..they talk over you won't listen..the carriers have always been super cool..most of them..but this post office will lose your mail leave your mailbox wide open on the street and it will say you have a package at the post office but take days to recieve it..put a change of address in correctly..and they are sending my mail back to sender..what a joke of a goverment office and workers...just horrible service and very rude office workers..
I have never had a negative experience at the Estacada Post Office and I believe the employees, like everywhere, are under appreciated. They are very efficient, and while you can see they are a bit "concise" in their delivery, they have all been very helpful.
We need to realize that everyone is dealing with high demands placed on them from employers, while at the same time people are more and more difficult and demanding to deal with as well.
A huge thank you to the invaluable postal employees for all that you do!
Estacada has worst post office ever ive been here nearly 3 years and always having issues with mail being lost or put in wrong box and i never recive it even though i know it was delivered to the post office now in finding my mail in my po box ripped open stuff missing from it so watch your stuff people looks as though we have a theif in estacada postal service.
I am frankly tired of all the drama it takes to actually get a package in the mail. We ordered a package and the company said it was delivered to the estacada post office about a week ago and it has not shown up in my po box yet. When we ask about it we get rude answers. Of course this is not the first time this has happened. I will start sending all my parcels by an other carrier
this is without a doubt the most rude bunch of employees I have ever dealt with. Tim and Steven I believe their names are. Very unprofessional every time, extremely rude and abrupt, and absolutely the most frustrating waste of tax payer dollars.
This is the most frustrating postal institution in Clackamas county. Several postal workers are inconsiderate and rude, particularly the middle aged gentlemen who work the front counter. Postal carriers have a habit of bending important documents, photographs, and Bachelors degrees that have "DO NOT BEND" clearly marked throughout the envelopes/packaging. I have called on a few occasions asking them adhere to the warnings on packages, while also not forcing large objects that blatantly do not fit into my mailbox... All requests have been ignored, which is truly inconsiderate. I would greatly appreciate it if the postal carriers took a bit more care in delivering the mail. I'm tired of having my mail decimated when it's delivered, and I am, quite frankly, severely angry at the fact that the degree I spent 4 years of my life, and over $30,000 working on, was ruined by a harried postal worker.
