158 Jefferson St apt #9. I need to get a message to my delivery person. A parcel has been delivered and it is in the larger mailbox. She left a key for this larger mailbox in my personal mailbox (# 9), but the key doesn't fit. Help!

451 West 13th Ave EUGENE Oregon 97401 #6 even though this is negson I asked a postman about my packages he said he can assure me that he put my packages in my box why did you sending my mail back to the post office two times back to the social security office and then back to the DMV causing me now to have no money to pay my bills to have no idea to cash my check going on 40 days now when does it stop enough

Why is the is the Westside Post Office, Eugene, OR 97402 such a mess? Three months ago I couldn't even get a roll of Forever Stamps. On Friday, 02/20/23 I went in and was denied. The clerk just had this stupid blank look on her face- an AI robot would have been more attentive- she had no explanation and it was obvious she couldn't have cared less. Her answer was to go to another office. Yes, I know that no one will address this complaint in the USPS system and the union could give a sh*t. USPS is messed up and I'm looking at alternatives to deliver and receive my documents/information. I will adapt to the demise of this useless dinosaur.

I understand being understaffed is hard, but you guys sent a package of mine back to the sender because it had no address on it ? It was supposed to be picked up at the post office. Not my home. Why was this such an issue? Are you all incompetent? For real. I want my wasted time back.

We've had many packages not delivered or delivered to the wrong address. Talking whether on the phone, email or in person we've gotten no answers. Trying to find the protocol for getting any reimbursements or just to find out what is happening to our mail isn't happening and there doesn't seem to be anything in place to help us. There was a time I trusted the Post Office ... through rain, sleet, snow etc, etc, etc. But those days have long passed.

Why has the pot hole in the parking lot not been filled? Why is it that the grounds of this office look so bad? Why is Tyinn street such a magnet for homeless people, I don't feel safe coming to your facility.

A new mail man delivered our mail at 3:15pm today. A short time later I tried to open my keyed mail box and it was jammed! Can I get someone to open it up. Thank you.

It looks like there is a new driver coming to our business. They are de-livering our packages around back. We need to have them deliver to the front counter, that's where we put our outgoing mail so they can get it at the same time. Please advise if you have any questions. Thank you- Kathy

I am not sure if this is the right place but I have a small mailbox at an apartment complex. There is something in the mailbox that is preventing my key from turning the lock. How can I get this fixed? I tried calling this post office but no one answered.

The cluster of box's were I get my mail was broken into you posted pick up mail at post office till further notice It's been about 3 wks to a month now Nobody seems to know when boxes will be fixed please do something

I pay for delivery to my house but contract carrier will not delivery large packages because thier car is a jeep that is to small so insted she leaves a pickup slipp for me to go into town to get my packag my self you should get what you pay for this is bull pucky and is not ok mail must be deliverd get a truck lady or a new job

The postal carrier has "STUFFED" my mailbox to the point of repairs. The 4x4 post is now falling over, the box has nails attaching it to the 4x4, now nearly detached to the point of opening, box tips over. They are TOO LAZY to get out of their vehicle and DELIVER THE MAIL!! What is wrong with picture? We/I pay their wages and they/you destroy my property? Please send a date on when you will be repairing my mailbox. Thanks

It has now been two days since mail was picked up at my 97402 mailbox. During that time, my neighbors have also said they have received no mail. I am both outraged and concerned.

You keep mixing up the mail for McKinley street, McKinley court, Wilson street, and Wilson court. If I charged you for every time I had to sort out misdelivered or undelivered and stolen mail, I'd be able to afford a trip to Japan for three weeks.
