This is literally the worst post office I've had to deal with. No one answers the phone ever. It's impossible to get through to anyone. I know your government job sucks but maybe find a new one if you can't do your job properly.

Misplace Package
So I'm asking for a package that has been delivered to the wrong address and I'm told continuously that it has been delivered. Not only that but I've been waiting days for a response after opening a case and contacting this post office. Every time I contact them, I get the dreadful feeling that they are not going to give any further help with the situation. Exactly what is this post office purpose? You'd think they would help you out after you're led to pay shipping fees and etc, for what? For crappy service and nothing else? I wasted my time for even trying.

Unbelievable the level of not giving a shit at this postal office. I speak to Mark, who says he's the manager there and tells me there is nothing he can do about a package his station lost of mine. They have admitted they placed in the wrong box, and will not even care to compensate for losing my package. He has the nerve to tell me to ask the sender for compensation !!!! and continues to tell me i didn't have insurance on it. Insurance covers "act of god" , not your neglect of my package in one of your handlers hands.
Instead of escalting it to proper parties that can take care of the situation since his paygrade is unfit to handle himself he continues to tell me "nothing I can do" why do you even work there. Unbelievable level of service here. Only one person after calling EIGHT TIMES !!! is trying to look into the situation. Package tracking says delivered but they gave it to the wrong address. Manager Mark won't disclose his last name, won't do anything to help, won't give me a refund of what they lost, won't do anything..... What is exactly you do there Mark ???

Bad mail practices
So called and spoke with Mark who evidently is the head of the Evergreen postal service and he informed me that the fill in mail carrier for our apartment complex there is a box that they put supposed garbage mail in in the outgoing mail boxes of these apartment buildings if they think that it’s not anything but junk mail they just throw it in there goes into a big box at the facility and maybe wants to every other week or every week they might go through it ... and see if there’s any real mail in there ....well after speaking with Mark he reassured me he would call me back because I have almost 2000Worth of missing checks and that’s quite costly when you have to put stop payment on all these checks at $25 a pop needless to say Mark never called me back I’ve been trying to call Mark no one answers at the facility so three weeks later I am checkless have to pay bills again don’t know where my checks are which is really concerning that the post office would not take better care of mail that is outgoing that has checks and peoples personal information on them so this is a very concerning to me

Package ended up at Evergreen post office ,when it should have stayed At the Portland facility, (Idiots) called Evergreen, but nobody answers...if I were a person calling trying to warn you all that a frustrated individual with an AR-15 commando assault rifle is on their way to go postal on you all, by not answering the phone,, YOU ALL WOULD DIE..

I wanted to thank Jeff with one of Hillsboro, OR USPS; Jeff went above & beyond to make sure this package was delivered to my grandson, without having to send back to Amazon, which would have delayed it another two to four weeks. My grandson just moved & I misunderstood the street name. I called the 800 # & left a message, and Jeff was nice enough to call me to let me know it was fixed & delivered.
I appreciate your help & great job taking care of this!

2 packages where lost by the evergreen beaverton post office in the last 2 months. I’m requesting refund !!!
Very bad customer service . They tell me to report it to the police department when it’s the post office error for not delivering my packages.

How about you answer your phone once in while. Your carriers continue to misdeliver my mail. I have reported this issue multiple times over the last several YEARS, yet this continues to happen. Unacceptable.

I sent three packages to my brother which could not be delivered, so submitted service requests. MEL phoned me and left a message asking me to verify the apartment number. Based on her call I contacted my brother and found out that his apartment # is 116, not 16 as I had thought. If it weren't for MEL those books may never have been delivered and I may have continued to try to send him things to the wrong address. When I finally got her on the phone to correct my mistake, she was very pleasant and helpful. MEL is great!!! Thank you, Mel.

My packages are not being delivered.... I went to post office with tracking numbers and was told it's still being sorted even though website shows it was delivered....3 more packages were updated as delivered yet they are nowhere in sight

This supervisor is very unprofessional and irresponsible.
By the client tracing the package, Mark found that his employee incompetent for delivering the package. just tell the client that it is client problem.
