We have not received mail for three business days. I am expecting a check which has been delivered on the third weekend of the month throughout COVID. This problem HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH COVID AND THE LAME RESPONSE ON THE PHONE LINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHERE IS MY MAIL????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This post office has failed to deliver, redeliver and even find my packages when I'm in the post office. They have carriers that have left the wrong info, have not taken mail I've left in the box and constantly leave my mail where it is soaked by the time I'm home to get it. I call to try and resolve the issues and get snide "I'm sorry's" and "No you can't speak to the manager". I work in custoimer service and if I treated my customers like this I'd be fired.Thsi post office branch is so awful it makes me want to move.
