Hi! I have been tracking a package. I just received this notification, "USPS 9214490280018552436359, Vacant 10/18/2022 12:18pm PORTLAND OR 97203" at 12:19. It is a duplex we are restoring. I was in the other unit. We have received packages at this unit before; 10244 N Central St Portland OR 97203 so I am not sure why it was deemed vacant today. Thanks, Nancy Seamount (907) 321-5559

Dear PO Manager, The post person did not pick up my outgoing mail in St. Johns. It's not too much to ask them to. I don't think yesterday was a holiday. Please ask all carriers to pick up the mail. Thank you. PS I may write you a letter.

postal carrier is not delivering my mail due to a barking dog. If the same carrier delivered every day my dog could become friends with them, but since our route I've been told is used for a training route, we get different people so often. Another solution would be to have them come at the same time every day, give or take 30 minutes---then I could be sure to have our dog inside, but carrier comes at different times----impossible to predict when---and to keep a dog inside all day long. Sincerely, Evelyn Melgoza 503-285-4092

I am wondering why a post office in a residential area would be loading and unloading trucks into the early hours of morning 1am 2 am .. weekends weekdays ect .. there are NO plastic sound barriers and no noise ordinance ? Mother’s Day 7:30 am really ? !!

My mail carrier has been refusing to deliver mail to my house out of spite and the postal supervisor is backing his claim that he can't safely walk past a yellow jacket nest to deliver the mail. This has been going on since august and no one can give me a reason to claim this nest as too unsafe for mailmen. It really is silly and an abuse of power of that post office trying to force me to remove a nest that's been there for years. It can't be moved so what they want is destruction. Our neighborhood has no issues with them but they seem to think they have the right and an iron clad protection that allows this childish behavior.

I was at the St. John’s post office today to mail in my taxes. I was not in the best of moods when I arrived. The #2 clerk was so helpful. He had a great sense of humor. By the time I left he had me laughing and in a great mood. Great customer service. Keep up the good work.

Five stars for these incredibly kind and helpful people. I accidentally put an item in the drive by post box that was not Mail. The employees found it and returned it to me right away. I am very grateful, and very impressed by these folks, and I especially thank William. Made my day!

The previous staff as this PO was very rude and hard to deal with. Several months ago I notice and the old staff had been replaced. This is why I am writing a review - because the staff that is currently at St. John's is 100% better than the previous staff. I see lots of bad reviews and feel that the current employees deserve great ratings!! The are very accommodating, pleasant, helpful and everything the previous staff should have been. Kudos to all the current front desk personnel.
