Your customer service is non-existent!!! I tried to call because I get my meds sent to my home. I was told they would be delivered to the lockbox. I got home yesterday and they had been delivered to my front porch and been sitting there for 5 hours!! Thank goodness they weren't stolen!!! Why were they not in the lockbox???? Trying to reach anyone to ask questions, short of walking in the Vista P.O. is imposable!! I work like you all do and don't have the flexibility to stroll in at my leisure! When I have in the past they all act like they are working against their will! Not like they care why you are thee. If we could get rid of you all I would vote you OUT!! Not What You Use To Be!

All i can say is nothing has changed with this location and the service is still as bad as it was 6 years ago. Carriers don't give a crap about their route and continue to deliver packages to wrong address and sometimes don't deliver mail at all. Obviously these employees have some sort of job security because those that suck keep their job and continue to not care about their job performance. This is for any employees of the Vista location in Salem, OR; I pay for the packages you show so little care for. I don't have that much money and it really puts me in a bind when I don't get what I paid for because you cared so little about where you deliver it (Or don't deliver it). What would you do if you repeatedly had packages and mail that was important to you not arrive when it was supposed to? You would get pissed. Please treat others (and their property) the way you want to be treated and maybe your life won't suck as much.

You have destroyed my life. I have no delivery and you returned all my mail saying I was dead. I still have no phone or delivery box.

I have tried to contact Vista PO to no avail. My packages and letters are constantly put in the wrong mailbox. My address is 5344 Skyline Rd #200. My mail and packages are being delivered to 5334 Skyline Rd #200. Please talk to mail carrier. Thank you

my mail box was struck by a vehicle 4 days ago. and I have been trying to reach vista station south sale post office by phone for 3 days to see if they are holding mail for me. all I get is a busy signal. if this was my business it would be out of business a long time ago. I have tried to get through to the 1-800 # for the post office but I cant get past the recording. horrible service.

We have been happy with delivery; until yesterday. We got a notice that our mail is on hold and we need to go to Vista Post Office to restart it and pick up the mail. Why??? Our mail didn't overflow to our larger mailbox because we would have the mail in it. so I don't understand. I am a bit angry because I had a quadruple heart bypass in 2006 and do get more than average mail; but, it is always either put in bigger box with a key or delivered to our doorstep. Is the problem that the carriers haven't haven't had a quadruple heart surgery? Could the problem be the carriers are unionized? They have the right to not work and still get paid.

Our mail was not picked up or delivered yesterday, 1/17/2017. We are aware that Monday was a holiday and carriers were probably backed up, but this is unacceptable to not even show up on a regular scheduled mail day. Our mail has now been sitting here since last Friday ready to go out in the mail. Please verify that a carrier will in fact be picking up our mail today, 1/18/2017 and dropping off what is most likely a huge stack of mail for us now. It is amazing how our vista station postal rates and postal rates in general keep increasing but that delivery service never gets any better or is non existent. I know there are very good postal employees who work there, but there are a several bad postal employees who work there that should not be.

The postmaster is either incompetent, lazy, or involved in diversion. There has been no mail delivery on Rees Hill Rd SE for one week. Tracking showed my package out for delivery on December 14th. It is now the 19th and no service. Myself and neighbors have been going to work and about town in regular two wheel drive cars without chains. The station phone has been "off the hook" at least since the 14th. RIF the Peter Principle Postmaster.
