Postal Locations

I reside on Greenleaf Street Allentown we here on this side of Allentown have received no mail we have no carriers here I have been in a panic since I came back from vacation due to school starting and no information this has been ongoing for far too long we need our mail I don't know how to go about getting the mail other than to drive to that place the PO box office on 1000 airport road or whatever it is if I have to pay for a PO box I'm going to charge somebody this is unacceptable we have had trouble here for far too long always keep hearing is oh we have no carriers are you kidding me

We are a CMRA postal customer, receiving mail for multiple business clients. We had no mail delivery on Friday, 7/15 or Tuesday, 7/19. When calling to inquire, the call is routed to a voice mailbox that announces that the VM Box is full. If anyone at the Post Office is checking this for messages, can you please let us know what the heck is going on??

I don't know where to start. I guess I have been trying to call the number at the post office for the last hour and keep on getting a message telling me that their voicemail is full. I went to pick a package up on 28 March but the clerk at the window was physically unable to go to the back to get the package due to his poor health. I signed the release paper and he promised it would be delivered on the 29th. It is the 30th, I can't contact him nor have I received my package. I will drive over and make another attempt. I understand short staffing, I only get mail delivered twice a week but to not be able to communicate is very frustrating.

I tried to call 610-266-5280 to ask a question & I couldn’t even leave a message due to voicemail box was full & not accepting messages! I have a question for 1000 Postal Rd Side, Allentown 18109. How do I get my answer?

A lazy Amazon driver put a package in my mailbox on 1/24. Postal carrier delivered several hours later and removed the package. I am trying to recover the package. Everything was recorded on camera. Please advise I how to get the package back. 140 Wyndham Dr

Shipper Lehigh Mail Boxes deposited a parcel addressed to myself in the UK on 2nd December - this parcel has travelled to Lehigh Valley PS Distribution Centre and Philadelphia PA Distribution Centre several times and 4 days ago arrived back at Allentown Post Office 18109. 18 days to get absolutely nowhere and not even departed the USA to UK. Not at all happy.

I live in the 18104 area in Allentown and I haven't received my mail and over 6 days! I am waiting for a letter from social security and I don't even know if it came because nothing has been delivered and I'm also waiting for a package that hasn't been delivered. And it's very very important can you please explain this.... And tell me what to do so I can get my mail these letters are very important!!

My mail was to be delivered today after being held from Sep 19. I came this morning to find small mailbox at Luthercrest chock a block full of mail. There are many pieces of mail such as bank statement that should have delivered. What happened to my mail. This afternoon the mail was delivered to LuthercrestI did not even gets today’s delivery.

SERVICE FROM ALLENTOWN,PA IS ALMOST NON-EXISTANT. PACKAGES SENT BY SUPPLIER ARRIVED IN ALLENTOWN FOR DELIVERY WED. FIVE DAYS LATER I AM TOLD PACKAGES ARE STILL ON TRUCK AND HAVE NOT BEEN OFF LOADED YET. COULD NOT TELL ME WHEN IWOULD GET DELIVERY.

Your mailman and mail people in the office are worthless they cannot deliver mail on a proper on time or anything else when Banks and everybody else sends their mail out on a certain date by a date your people cannot deliver on time you need new people you need to get things right y'all are against the government right now you can be filed charges upon

I know you get a lot of "my mailman doesn't ..." and other complaints. This is about Angela Schlegel who delivers my mail. She always treats my mail very well (and I can get some very fragile things), she goes out of her way to find mail I was supposed to get but was picked up by another postal worker, and she is very dependable at delivering the mail within a known time frame on her route.

Idk why the post office is so surprised that no one is using "snail mail" anymore. I just had to drive 7 miles across town to the post office for the 4th time this year to drop off my mail, even though I have a perfectly good mailbox at the end of my driveway, because my mailman is too lazy to get out of his truck and pick it up. Crap part is I was actually looking out the window at the time and he was parked in front of my mailbox, my flag was up, it was 12:12pm, and he just took off and bypassed all the other houses and drove away. Never even taking my mail but delivering my neighbors whose box is 4 feet from mine.

They Lost my package, said it was delivered to the vicinity but not my house so it's considered a good delivery which is complete BS. I have insurance on the package and because it's in the correct vicinity supposedly I won't get a refund. They don't deliver mail on time, it's a horrific post office if I could get my mail sent to a different post office I would. I wish I could give negative stars for this place.

Why hasn’t my address is 214 N. 4th St. got any mail what is going on with our carrier and what about the rent rebate checks
