Been waiting on a package since March 11 (it is now the 23rd). Delivered to wrong address, returned to wrong P.O., tried to re-deliver to wrong address, returned to wrong P.O., forwarded to correct P.O., delivery attempts to correct address recorded as 'undeliverable'. Finally called on the 20th. ASSURED it was corrected and would be delivered on 21st. Still not there on 22nd. Called 610-266-3160. Sofia assured me it would be found, she recognized it, and it would be delivered. Told to call back on 23rd at 8:30 AM. NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE!!!! Needless to say, I am not happy.
