Postal Locations

It took 3 months from January 15th to deliver 3 checks to our facility at 832 Werley Rd. These 3 customers had to pay us with credit cards , because their checks never came. Also, carriers are not coming into the office to present us with a piece of mail in which postage is owed. They sit out in their truck and write up an orange paper with the amount owed that says--:Sorry we missed you while you were out> Our office is open 9-5 Mon- Wed and Fri-Sat which they can pull up to the front door , walk in and we would gladly pay the postage amount to get the letter, but they make no effort to do this. Today I was outside when the carrier pulled up and confronted her, but she did not like my attitude and drove off. So, we don;t get all our mail on time, and the post office can't be bothered bringing in letters that postage is owed. Really bad. Budget Store & Lock

Hold mail was supposed to be delivered but wasn't. Am still out of town so tried to call multiple times and got no answer. No voicemail, no way to ask a callback or leave a message. That’s just terrible service, actually, no service.

why am I not receiving my mail when the address form was filled out? You should eat all the late fees on my bills! Poor service 0 stars
