Why tf has it been over 2 weeks and I haven’t received my mail I’m waiting on a birth certificate that was sent to me from North Carolina . It was sent out by my mother on the 14th it’s now the 28th get it tf together !!!
This P.O. handles mail deliveries for Jermyn Pa. But no mail for almost 2 WEEKS, with the excuse that the carrier is 'out', and so is the post master whoever she is. Very rude and uncooperative. They also refuse to GIVE me my mail when I go there. I believe failure to do so is considered a Federal crime. CAN SOMEBODY please do something?!!!!
Place is crazy this young lady told me in the begining of the week they have a hold on my mail i find out today she lied that i didnt have a hold so here i am calling all week this lady is VERY RUDE on the phone every time i call and she has to look then she tells me today after i had VERY IMPORTANT mail comming that there is no hold on my name or adress never been so angry before !!!
