Postal Locations

What is going on here? The website says the post office hours at the Union Blvd branch open at 8:30 and no one opened the window and it was past 9:30 today. Left a message at with USPS and was told I would get a callback in 29-43 minutes, it’s over 1 1/2 hours and no call. If the window isn’t going to open, the least they can do is leave a note. What has happened to customer service? There isn’t any, anywhere. This whole country is going to crap. Today is Thursday 8-17-2023 just in case anyone cares.

On October 24, 2022, I mailed a certified letter with return receipt from Hiram, GA 30141 going to Barbara Mauldin Lulejian at 1745 W. Macada Rd., Rm 148, Bethlehem, PA. Ms. Lulejian has moved to North Wales, PA. I have been tracking this letter and on November 1, it said it was being forwarded. I checked again today (11/10/2022) and it says the letter is being forwarded as of today. Where has the letter been and WHERE IS IT BEING FORWARDED TO?

My mail was not delivered on Monday, October 31 and Wednesday November 2. What is the problem? Thank you.

We paid to have our mail forwarded about a month ago. The mail is piling up in our mailbox because you are not forwarding. We have medications in this mail that we are not getting. Help please. You don’t answer the phone.

Feel some mails are missing ...I know I have ordered few catalogs and never got them ...I dont trust the mailman we have ..Some doucements we are waiting for yet havent come ...What going on here ..I recalled someone was waiting for package and was on tracking system and was suppose to get that day and never got it but with few days later... i feel some mails are missing and it not being deliver properly ...Please replace the mailman we have here where I lived //

My package has been stuck here for three weeks absolutely terrible can't reach anyone no one knows what's going on everyone there should be fired

I have the same problem - a package sitting at your location since December 23rd. What is happening at your location. And, nobody answers the phone.

I sent out ALL my bills on Dec 14th only to be told that Leigh Valley post office has them in a box and it could take 4 to 6 week to deliver!!!!!! EVERYONE IN THAT OFFICE SHOULD BE FIRED. NOW, I have to get hit with late charges fees!!

I have a package that has been sitting at LV dist center since Dec 7th!! according to tracking, which has completely stopped..Whats happening? Nothing is tracking for that matter. Just a red dot where tracking ceased..sad

I've tracked my package to your post office. It's been there since Dec. 9th. Can you please move it to it's destination ASAP. It's a Christmas gift that I ordered in plenty of time before Christmas. Your office is only about 1 hour from its destination which is Pocono Pines, PA What is going on? Please respond. Thank you!

Disgusted with your arrangement for delivery service. You've had a package of mine delivered to this location on Sunday night, 12/13, at 11pm and you have not delivered it to me, only about 5 miles away from your location. Another 60 minutes and it will be 48 hours. WHY?????

I’ve mailed a package from Alabama to Pennsylvania on October 14 priority mail and it got there to the person I was sending it to October 28 it sat in your facility for nine days which was ridiculous it should’ve only taken five days to get there

Had a package coming from Florida to Pennsylvania, it came to lehigh Valley facility which is close to me and then my next update is that it passed my place to a further location then instead of coming back to Lehigh, it went to Philadelphia. So I call lehigh valley usps and get told " the computers scan it and it goes from there. Sorry" and they hang up? What type of service is this? Usps is going downhill.

I live in Peckville,Pa 18452and was waiting for mail from my doctor in Carbondale, PA 18407; 8.1 miles north of me. Why was it sent from Carbondale 58.5 miles south to Lehigh Valley 18017 to get to me. No wonder the post office is losing money since you got a clueless Post Master General

How comes I received mail dated November 19 and December 2019?. My neighbor was looking through her mail and found them yesterday July 14 2020? If your carrier stop there phone talking on the phone and listening too music that distracts them. I have been trying too call the wood street location and nobody picks up. And if they do the phone gets hung up. You get raises but my mail is treated like crap.I live in Bethlehem, pa

Carrier showed up today with about 200 priority mail boxes. I told him I did not order them, I ordered envelopes. He should have known as I send out Priority mail envelopes sometimes 5 a day but he isn't that swift. He left the packages of boxes on our front steps and said he would either be back later as he didn't have room in his truck, which is funny because they were ALREADY IN HIS TRUCK, or send someone else to get them. Later in the day he ends his run right across the street and didn't come back to get them. I guess we will just watch them get ruined by the weather....

Unable to reach them by phone (2:50 p.m) No one answers after ten rings. The Postal Service ain't what it used to be.... .

I am not one that needs items that I order immediately, But I stayed home all day (Saturday, January 6, 2018) awaiting delivery of a package that I, actually, really needed and that was indicated as out for delivery this morning. At 19:30 I received a text notice that an Attempted Delivery was made at 18:00 on January 6th. Well, my wife and I have been home all day on alert for its delivery. And since when does the US Postal Service ring a doorbell? The packages are routinely left on the front porch or between the door. So what is the story? Come to think of it, we have not received mail for two days. I am now wondering where the attempted delivery was made? And of course, there is no number that connects you to an actual human being. Sigh!

This package has not arrived. It was in Bethlehem, pa on 12/14/17 and then to Lehigh Valley on 12/20/17. It still has not arrived. That means it will take as least 10 days to go from Bethlehem to Cherryville. This is not the first time something has been in Bethlehem and it took as least a week to get to Cherryville.
