I have called 10 times and NO ONE will answer the phone. Please fix this so that you provide the service that is listed on this webpage. No matter the time of day or day of the week - NO ONE ANSWERS this published phone line.

ShareCare Faith in Action has not received mail this entire week. I am expecting a lot of mail!!!! We receive our mail through the Cathedral Church of the Nativity at 321 Wyandotte Street, Bethlehem PA . They report that they have not received mail either. A $10,000.00 dollar check from the City of Bethlehem has been compromised. We need our mail and it is obvious not being delivered.

I've had a packaged that has been out for delivery awaiting scan for over a month. A case was opened and nobody has contacted me. You don't answer the phone there any day of the week! Do your jobs
