This is my third year vacationing in Jensen Beach, FL and despite my giving advance notice of address change the Dallas, Pa office has aparently sucessfully screwed it up again in that I am not receiving forwarded mail. I personally checked with the office before I left and have received confirmations 1734 2900 0015 7990 and for my father in law1734 5031 9000 4210. I just called the office and was told by the clerk he couldnt check and the supervisor(s) are out deliveing mail because of employee shortages. This does me no good. Will you ever get your act together. Very Frustrating.

I have a missing package my tracking says it was delivered and it was nottracking says it was delivered around 12:38pm Friday I was home all day and my package was not in there so I'm hoping I can get a hold of someone tomorrow
