I had a very bad experience with one of your postal drivers this morning. His jeep was blocking the road on 100 block of Blanchard Rd . when i called him on his behavior he told me to go f myself. Then he proceded to threaten me with physical violence. This is unexceptable behavior and must not be tolerated.

Hello, I read today on Nextdoor neighbor about a cat that was pepper-sprayed and kicked in your post office. I am sickened, and have spread the news of this incident on Facebook and other social media, encouraging people not to go there. Was there not another way to remove the cat? What a cruel thing to harm an innocent and defenseless living creature. Shame on you!!!

It was a supervisor, one step below the postmaster who did this. As a federal employ you can easily look his name up to see Michael Daley.

Carrier at this location are lazy and look for excuse not to deliver mail. Ordered items off of amazon and the delivery had to be split in two. One of the packages was to be delivered by amazon but for some reason they had to use USPS to deliver the second package. Both packages were scheduled for delivery on the same day. Amazon had no issues with the delivery but USPS was unable to claiming that the drive way was inaccessible. I don't have a driveway I live in an apartment complex and the parking lot was completely plowed. If the "driveway" was inaccessible how did amazon deliver my package then?? More recently I was expecting a package to be delivered but it required a "signature". I was not home to sign for it so expected to find a slip on my door when I got home. When I checked the tracking information however, It stated "Packaged being held at office at customers request" I never requested for the package to be held at the Post office. When I called to see why they were holding my package they stated that the driver did not have the required slips stating that the "delivery was attempted" and that he was on his way back to my apartment with the slip. The carrier obviously lied about me, the customer, requesting that the package be held at the office. When I asked if I could pick up the package that was being "held at the office" I was told that the package was on the truck with the carrier and that he would not be back to the office till 7:30pm. This type of action is totally unprofessional and needs to be addressed

I have been a total supporter of the post office for many years and knowing that it is mandated to wear a mask I would expect that the employees wore masks properly. I respectfully mention to both employees behind the desk at Pilgrim Gardens that the mask needs to be over their nose not under their nose and they both said OK and did nothing. It’s now state mandated that we wear masks. I would think our employees would wear them properly. I’ll be looking forward to a response. Thank You

I went to return a package with a pre-paid first class label. The directions for return said to simply put the label over the Original address but the worker said No you must put it in that brown package over there. I did that and after several minutes of taking the item out and transferring it, she then said it’s $2.19. I was shocked not because of the cost, but because she never told me that. Her co-worker was very rude and informed me i could go home and get my own envelope and it would be free. When I asked why they wouldn’t have told me that In the beginning they were both rude and dismissive and completely UNHELPFUL . I will NEVER return here and will file a complaint with the National Post office and encourage everyone else to go to the Havertown Branch or use UPS or Fed Ex.

Left message on the uses to have my pkg delivered and the postal man I met at the door and ask if he had a pkg for me and he said yes that he we go to the truck and get it. 30 minutes later I went to the back to see if the postal truck
was gone and no pkg. I am disable, and not only did he like he has no respect to the disabled. I want my pkg now.
