Why is mail delivery such a mess today? My neighbor got my mail and a package was in my mailbox for four houses away.

Today Oct 30th we had 9 pieces of mail and 1 package with medication.we did not get any mail.this is not the first time this has happened.Ron Price 711 East 35th St. Erie Pa 16504

My rural carrier left a note about not being able to deliver a package needing a signature. Note was left in the mailbox on the street. Never left the vehicle to attempt a signature. Several employees were outside when the mail was delivered. Just a poor effort from a poor carrier.

NO ONE answers the phone! how are you supposed to get any service or answers to ANY questions? This is RIDICULOUS, I have been trying to call the local telephone number for 2 hours and after getting transferred to the "operator" the phone will ring and then cut to a busy signal and disconnect. Our Post office at its finest..... Thanks for all the help....

Absolutely horrible service. Been trying to get a hardship exemption in place for my father since he's had a stroke and can no longer walk across the busy street he lives on to get his mail. I know the exemption exists, and have met others who have one. But in person Post Office visits by relatives to try to set one up have been met with denial and refusal to even discuss it. And attempting to call results in the phone ringing continuously followed by a disconnect. Once I actually heard someone pick up and hang up on me! I've been trying multiple locations for hours and none will answer their phones.

I dont know why this mail guy gives me other people's mail all the time I get jason or pat at my address there's nobody here by that name its frustrating 🤬 the mail guy needs to update or map quest the actual person on where he or she lives 🤬 i keep writing on the envelope NOTATTHISADDRESS and I dont understand why they don't get it Do I have to write it across the sky or on my house,or on my mailbox in bold dark letters for them to get it im really getting tired of telling them not at this address 🤬

I have mailed 2 bills at the 36th Poplar branch of the Erie, PA post office. One was mailed on the December 14 and the other was mailed on December 18. Neither has reached their destination. This is becoming commonplace in regards to your delivery service! Now, I am facing a late fee due to this. Both were bills that were mailed weeks before their due date.

Is this some kind of JOKE, I have sat on the phone dialing and redialing the same number to get someone to answer the blasted phone but all they do is hang up! What a sorry idea of a Post office answering it's own phone

Tried to call multiple times. My mail hasn't came for a week now. They drop it off at the wrong appartment building. I've now not received at least 5 packages. When I went to the other building they were gone. The mailman has just done an awesome job for the 15 residents who live in my building I can only imagine how he does in the other buildings

We have not got any mail downstairs or upstairs since Monday it's so crazy cause I told him on informed delivery it's says I have mail he wants to tell me that it's wrong so funny I was sent out checks on the 22nd and still have not received anything

I will say it like this...I been waiting for a package that I paid for for almost 2 months...who ever is behind this or the cause of this...you better get ready to be sued.. this is so BS get ready to pay give me my package or refund my damn money usps sucks

The last week of April 2020 my son sent me a birthday card. It arrived with the bottom half of the back flap ripped off to open it. Last week I received a Mothers Day card with the back torn and completely opened. Neither card had any other contents, but if someone is trying to steal from me, they're definitely stealing from others. There's no answer on the phone on E. 38 post office. They just don't care.

I live in the cherry hill apartments and I am tired of having our mail put in the wrong mailbox at the condo office. this happens all to often.

I'm pissed. I live at 712 Marne Rd. Erie. A couple weeks ago I had my mail (mortgage payment) on the mail box for two day's!!! Finally on the third day I put a note on it asking the postman to please take it.. Well, low and behold, my mortgage company never got it !!! I had to stop payment on the check, costing me $33.00. I have lived here for thirteen years and never had an issue. Today I put a mortgage payment again out on the box (a double payment because of the last issue). Guess what ??? It was STILL THERE when I got home from work. Really !!! I am certain, because I left a note for the mail man, he INTENTIONALLY lost it because he was mad. Even if I don't have any mail to be delivered, he should STILL be checking to see if I have anything going out.

The recent extreme Post office box rate hike is outrageous and
reprehensible! You will lose more customers and it was in the last year
you jacked up the prices. Shame on you it seems that constant greed
rules!
