I have not received any mail for the past 3 weeks or so although the delivery person delivers to other houses on my street. I have called the post office numerous times over the weeks but no one ever answers the phone. Currently I am unable to drive to the post office due to a back/hip injury to get assistance. I really do need my mail service restored immediately. My brother did find my mail wrapped with a rubber band laying in the snow by my garage door two weeks ago.
The mailman they have supplying the Hammocks complex should be fired. He throws packages around like cardboard and then carelessly shoves them into our package boxes or, sometimes, even our letter boxes where they get stuck and you have to yank things out, because he seems to be too lazy to just take them to the front office of the apartment complex where they will be kept safe until we get them. Also, I've literally seen him just leave packages outside of the mail boxes where someone can easily steal them. I did use the front office to take care of a couple things and they were fine, but they really need quality control on hiring postal officers.
I have called five times and there has been no answer. The phone continuously rang for three minutes each time and no one could answer the phone. How is that even possible? Very upset customer!
Good morning
i'm writing from Italy.
More than one month ago i shipped an italian product to your city, in Erie.
The right address is:
Miss Cheryl Chiota
3922 Calico dr.
Erie - PA 16506
United States
Sadly, the pack hasn't still arrived, and miss Chiota is writing me asking to know where is the pack now.
But I don't have an answer, because Italian Mail's (Poste Italiane) tracking numbers is valid only inside italian borders.
However i'm sure - as Poste Italiane told me - that the pack is in United States now, because it has been sent with an international fligh on the 17 october.
So i contact you to ask if you may know where the pack can be now, and how can i have information about the tracking of miy spedition in US.
Thank you and best regards.
Francesco
