Please review mask and social distancing with your letter carriers. I'm old and I have asthma, so I'm cautious. I wish my letter carriers were masked near my mailbox, but today in town, I saw a letter carrier with her mask under her chin talking to someone three feet away unmasked. That is almost criminal for someone working with the public.Luck is not a strategy.

Too many issues lately, the mail carrier is constantly putting my mail in a neighbors box. I had 2 packages scheduled to arrive yesterday. One was dropped off at my door, the other was not at my door or in my mailbox. I tracked it and it said no access. I called and they said it was put on another truck and will be delivered today but hasnt come yet. But no access means they had no way to get to my box or my door which is totally bs. Mail was in my box and one package was delievered to my door. Really not happy to not have my package that i needed yesterday!

Early in November, we scheduled with the U.S. Postal Service to have Passports done. We met our appointment time & was in and out in no time. Great Job!

Disgusted!!!! Tried to schedule a passport appointment. Was told I would have to do it online. The online system won't let me go beyond the date and pick a time or at least give me proper instructions for entering it. Can't contact the local Greensburg office because it always has a busy signal. No wonder you are losing money and customers to other services!!!!!!!!

Today my 92 year old mother went to the post office and postal employee Alexis C. Helped her by providing a chair as my mother was shaking from her walk. She was very kind. Thank her from the bottom of my heart. Jim Myron
