Went to this location to get refund on two Priority Mail Express package. The person who assisted me was very nice and polite. Unfortunately I then had to deal with the manager to try and get my refund. The manager TARA whom was very rude and seems to not know correct information told me I had to go thru the click and ship website to get a refund. The click and ship website only issues refunds for international packages not Domestic. I called the homestead office again and they told me they are not sure why she told me to go thru the website because that is not the correct way to do it. Every time I been thru this location the employees are very descent and polite. Unfortunately I can not say the same about the manager who misinformed me and did not seem to care about the issue I was trying to address.
