We haven’t received mail for 5 days on Webster Street. The Florence Ave, USPS isn’t answering the phones. I get informed delivery and none of the mail has reached us.

Listen y’all really need to get it together just drop packages where you please don’t even care if it’s the right house people at my door before I even realize I got they lie packages with an attitude! I promise you this next problem I have it’s someone’s job get it together obviously the 19143 area has had enough of the ignorance of how these postal workers do their job! If you don’t know how to read the number and words on the mail and packages then do something about it stop be messy

Today is December 3, 2020 and I have not received mail since November 26, 2020, an entire week.! The last time my mail was delivered was, believe it or not, Thanksgiving Day! Like the customer below me who has written in, I too would like to know what is going on?!

Today is November 30, 2020 and I have not gotten mail in a week and I was home on vacation all last week. I have not seen a mail carrier either. I asked my neighbor if he got mail in the past week and he said no. I tried calling but the phone just rings and rings and then finally a disconnect. What is going on?

Many repeated phone calls to this post office would only get a ringing tone and then after several minutes a disconnect. What is the use of having a phone number if no one answers the phone. Obviously, they got tired of listening to the phone ring and just hung up the phone after allowing it to ring for several minutes. No wonder why the USPS cannot looses money every year. They should close it down.

In the past two weeks I've had 3 packages not delivered, and they leave a note saying they cant get into my building... However they leave that note in my mailbox INSIDE THE BUILDING. I called asking why they're not leaving my packages, and if they could see if they're holding them. The woman said "It's too much work to figure out where the packages are, and to call back later so someone else could help me because I don't want to do it." SERIOUSLY!? I rescheduled for my packages to be delievered today, and nothing has come, not even mail. I have no idea what to do at this point.

A friend sent a package all the way from Singapore and I missed the first time they delivered it it's been a hassle ever since I applied for a re-delivery 3 times and it wasn't sent out then I went to the post office and it wasn't there the lady told me that it must be being delivered now as we speak I'm totally not satisfied I really don't want that package going all the way back to Singapore

This place is every negative stereotype about USPS come true.Famous for returning important bills and notices to sender after marking them delivered at the office. Famous for stealing packages. Famous for hour long waits in line. Fire the postmaster, sneak in an auditor to see if any of the other staff needs to go, and turn this horrible mess into something like the well-oiled machine over on Grays Ferry Ave.

i ordered meds through the mail. this post office attempted to deliver once only - and now I cannot get a straight answer where the hell the package is. a postal carrier took the signed slip from me when I told her that whoever answers the phone at this post office advised i'd be getting my package that day. the carrier of course did not have it and never heard of it but said she'd go back and deliver it later. that was almost a week ago. fantastic! thanks so much.

The public demand for services at Kingsessing is overwhelming. However, this post office branch lacks enough personnel to handle such a tremendous demand and so lines are long and usually 1 clerk is in charge of these lines and it seems that they need training to handle services faster.
