i have not recieve all my christmas cards

I sent christmas mail out from Rox postoffice on Dec7,2020 and the recipients have yet to receive it. And most of that mail was for East Falls and Roxborough. I would like to know where it got to because some had gift inside. Last year sent mail from there and same thing happened. There was 3 weeks for delivery and it still is not delivered. WHATS THEIR PROBLEM??????
