Very angry with this post office
They attempted deliver and from there it said I requested to have it held at my he post office. Which I did not. The when I go to the post office I am told it’s out for delivery. Which it was not. And when I try to call it won’t go through wtf am I supposed to do? Take it as a loss. I hate Philadelphia. Scumtown. No one cares about anything but money here. Me me me me me and my money that’s the mentality here. Can’t wait to leave this hell hole
Two pieces of mail from post office box on 918 South 18th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146 were not delivered. Confirmed with addresses that they did not receive mail put in post office box on 9/11/2021 addressed to:
Helen Stanton (confirmed missing mail - this was a birthday card)

Please advise. What happened to this mail?
This location sucks big time. We do not get our mail when our regular person is on vacation or out. Today is 12/2/2020 and we have not had mail since 11/23/2020. Some thing has to be done about this.
THIS IS THE WORST! I HAVED MAILED PACKAGES FROM HERSHEY PA TO PHILA!!! THEY ARE NEVER DELIVERED!! ITEMS HAVE BEEN RUINED!!! YOU CANT REACH ANYONE BECAUSE THE PHONE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED! SOMETHING NEEDS BEEN DONE!!!
This location has big problems they have not delivered mail to my company in weeks. Try calling them the phone is always busy and when you get through they lie to you that mail will be delivered and picked up. The only day it has been delivered this week has been Wednesday and I received mounds of mail that doesn't belong to my company. After calling I was told it would be picked up but as of Friday many business checks sitting waiting to be picked back up. It is the worse service any us post office has ever provided it needs to be fixed. Oh by the way the previous week I went to pick up our company mail and was told I could not pick it up....who can help.
