Mail person came in today and only took a few of our packages and not all of them. They stated they were only taking what they could carry, but everything was on a cart for them to use.

No need for ridicule or sarcasm. That IS the correct number for the Blawnox Post Office, and I have always had it work for me. (Occasionally, if it's super busy, and customers in line are waiting, the phone may go unanswered). If you live in that vicinity, you can also just drop by in person to make your Passport appointment. I love the USPS, and especially the Blawnox office. They have an amazing staff.
