This area has grown so quickly and I'm constantly impressed at how well my carrier and the staff at this post office adjust. Our municipalcity randomly changed our address and I haven't had one problem getting my mail, no matter what random address is on it. No matter how long the line is when I go in, the staff is doing their best and friendly.

No mail delivery for 2 days. This happens a lot when our regular carrier is off. Calling the post office does nothing because no one is picking up.

Rural deliverer repeatedly runs onto our flowerbed even though the mailbox is close to the vehicle. We even put up guard and he runs right over them. Please advise.

I need to confirm if this location (McKnight Road) does electronic fingerprints and how I can schedule an appointment. I have been calling for 3 days (I've called 30+ times EACH day) with NO ANSWER. I do not want to drive 45 minutes to this location just to be told I need an appointment or that they do not do the electronic fingerprinting. It's RIDICULOUS that no one can pick up the phone and this information is not on the website!!!!

Today, a bit before 12 noon, a Sunday USPS delivery vehicle stopped to tell me he is tired of being told to slow down in our neighborhood (Heritage Estates, Ohio Twp.) by me. He stated he never goes over the 25 mile per hr. posted limit. I explained we have many children and pets in our neighborhood and 25 is the limit which should be adjusted down to suit local conditions which means saving children and pets from injury or death. He proceeded to berate me for bothering him among other things. I told him again it is unsafe to speed up and down the hills here. He continued to berate me and I called him an A hole for (not ass hole) for not caring about our residents. He should have an anger management course. He is short, fat/obese and I think he had a mustache. Wish people were not so angry when someone tries to keep their community safe.

The outgoing mail problem submitted by "West view" is happening in Shaler, too. Any outgoing mail is not being taken. We even had a piece of mail delivered to us in error, which was placed back in our mailbox twice. Never taken. In the past couple weeks, our mailbox was not properly closed. We had several days of wet mail. With more rain coming this weekend, we are hoping it is properly closed. If USPS is no longer picking up outgoing mail, it would be a good idea to send out a notice explaining this change. Thank you.

I am completely fed up. They never take my outgoing mail and I have a business that I run from home. I had a whole bunch of product that can’t stay in the heat forever that was out all day. I scheduled a pick up for the next day and new mail is in the mailbox but the boxes that were outgoing still were not gone. We will see if they took them when I got home from work today. I had called to complain about this before and I got better for a while but apparently it is a problem again. I keep calling and calling. After requesting to speak to an operator, the phone rings a few times and then goes to a busy signal.

3 times now I have put pieces of stamped mail out for pick up with the flag up. I go out to get new mail later in the day, the flag is down, new mail has arrived AND THEY LEAVE THE MAIL I LEFT FOR PICK UP. Of course I can not reach the local office - it rings and rings and then eventually disconnects. No help with the 800 number either - still waiting for a call after a day or more. Do I really need to go to the local branch and file a complaint now?

Recently (4/8/18) was waiting in line at McKnight post office. I observed an interaction between a customer and one of the post office clerks(female) that was most unpleasant, loud, demeaning and not successful. The CLERK was the unpleasant, demeaning one. The clerks responses to the customer were unwarranted and rude. Customer asked to speak with supervision- the clerk did a walk around back and returned stating"I don't see any supervisors, they are busy getting the mail out". This occurred around 9:30 AM) I honestly have to say I have not had many good experiences in dealing with this Branch. I stay away.

Dropped off package. It was not shipped after 3 business days and no one answers the phone. NO wonder people do not use the USPS as much. Very poor service. Now will have to go back to the location and who knows where the package is

I just visited the McKnight branch today to pick up so mixed up mail and left to wait for full 30 minutes with no answer Superviser Rich went back to check for my mail and never came back and when i asked one off employed I got ignored. I don't know how you put the costumers first because I was treated like a garbage and i left without anyone helping me.

A package to be delivered to me was placed in a locked closet in the lobby of my apartment building. NO notification was put in my mailbox that the delivery was made! I found out that it had been delivered a week ago when I contacted the selling company. Then I had to investigate to find my package. No wonder the US Postal Service is in jeopardy.

Way too many mistakes happening here! Our mail is frequently delivered to neighbors homes and we get miss- delivered mail from addresses that aren't anywhere near us. Our most recent mishap was receiving three identical sets of the clipper magazine with inserts for grocery stores. I surely don't need three, however I think the other two neighbors that didn't get them may have liked to receive theirs. Just two days ago I put a miss-delivered piece of mail back in my box with the flag up so the carrier could correct the mistake, but they only put the flag down, left the mail I put in and placed my new mail on top of it. I don't know if these complaints get any attention, but let's hope for some improvement.

Package was delivered today (4/7/2017). Package too big to fit in box plus box was full due to accumulated mail delivery today. Delivery person LAID PACKAGE ON TOP OF MAIL BOX! I watched thru the front door. It is windy, raining and snowing. No way it would stay balanced on top of box. Why not place package on front porch or against garage or mud room door?
