This summer I ordered an item online. The website posted a link to USPS tracking. I noticed it was past delivery date although website said it had been delivered the previous week. Took quite a while for someone to answer phone but did get someone finally. Explained situation & was informed that the item had been delivered. I said it hadn't arrived at my address tho clerk assured me it had; that the mailman had scanned it just as he was supposed to! I rechecked the tracking-- yes it had been delivered to an address in 15122. Only problem is I don't live in 15122! I live in 15227!
Several weeks later the small package appeared in my mailbox. I'm more than puzzled how my package was "safely delivered" to a completely different zip code not to mention a completely different address & no one at the PO noticed that. (BTW I have an unusual street name!) If tracking software is accurate how on earth can this happen? How can it accept delivery to a wrong address miles away???
On a busy Saturday afternoon a week before Christmas, you have 1 employee managing the front service desk. The line was wrapped around the inside corner. This is unacceptable
It would be nice if when a customer calls someone on the other end would pick up. been trying this number all day no answer 412-655 3836. is the pleasant hills office still alive???
Package tracking said it was delivered on Feb 6 ,2019 but I watched the mailman walk right by my house and did not delivery anything.
This is the second time that happened the first was on Jan22. 2019.
So whose has my packages?
they must have had a temp delivering mail today ( Saturday the lst of april, he must have forgotten to deliver a small package from e-bay, fact is he delivered one piece of mail in mailbox, but must of forgot to sort out his truck for this one small package. I just checked my tracking # 7 message was sent by carrier: No secure place to make delivery.
I wonder just how many other people didn't receive their mail today.
I didn't receive mine either! I have a package that was supposed to have been delivered on 4/1 and I didn't get it. Also, I got a whole stack of somebody else's mail.... a business that's not even on my street!

1/13/17 - no mail delivered Sat. 1/7/17 - 1/9/17 and 1/12/17 . We checked with several neighbors who also have not received any mail on these dates. It is unacceptable service and hope it is rectified soon.
Agree completely with the comment below. Rude, arrogant employess, innacurate, inefficient service, Terrible. The consumer has no choice about dealing with where our mail goes. Ridiculous.
This is by far THE WORST post office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! The employees are extremely rude and lazy. There is a constant issue with mail being delivered to the incorrect addresses or not at all. Now the post woman is holding our mail refusing to deliver it at all. I keep calling them and it is just busy all day long. It must either be other people calling to complain or they leave the phone off the hook. I will be thrilled when I can move as far away as possible from these idiots!
