I dealt with Tammy, the postmaster at the Saxonburg Post Office and she was extremely rude to me. I had an issue with a package not being delivered and she not only did not resolve the issue, but she was rude over the phone and very unkind. I am very disappointed with this service and still have not resolved the issue. I will not go to this post office anymore because of the extremely poor treatment by the POSTMASTER of this particular post office. I will be sure to tell everyone i know to not go here as well. I cannot express how rude she was and how terrible the experience has been.
