This location lacks the resources and sensitivity for those in the community who’s cultural background is different than those of their own. Patience and understanding is a virtue of those in service, but it seems to only be extended to only a fraction of the community.
I was to get a package today they said it at the post office it was a cell phone from q link sometime are mail goes to 126 west summit and we are 126 e summit st I went on the tracking and they said got at the post office at 12:30 today but didn’t get it
Package was delivered and hanging 1/2 way out of mailbox while raining. Contents ruined.
On another occasion wouldn't deliver a bag of dog food. I had to pick it up. The person behind the counter stated it was too big too deliver.
We ordering thru Amazon, request they do not use USPS at least for the Teford PA area.
