My packages are not being delivered even though the parcel box is empty. The postmistress is not receptive and is stonewalling me on getting information. Her appearance is a disgrace as is her attitude. I will report this to the postal authority.
This post office is very poor at getting things where they have to go. I placed my MAIL IN BALLOT into the outside mail box on Friday, November 3rd. This mailbox is supposed to be emptied on Saturday by NOON.
My MAIL IN BALLOT never made it from Wernersville to the Berks County Election Services until TODAY. A DAY LATE. SO sorry Bill, but your ballot did not count.

I’m beyond annoyed. My mail is consistently being delivered EVERY OTHER DAY. Last night I received notification that an Amazon package that is already a day late could not be delivered because my driveway couldn’t be accessed????? What kind of BS excuses are you accepting from your drivers??? I paid to have my driveway shoveled - and the driveway is dry!!! In checking the updates, I’m told I now have to wait until Monday for my package. It’s crap like this that gives the USPS a bad name.
Im not happy ive had to go to bank about card not being delivered i live in a house and dont know why i have to make a trip to bank to have to pick up bank card when was sent out but returned due not being delivered not once but twice with different banks please would like to fine out why or what happened..
