Called numerous times to notify the postal supervisor about the new Greystone and 55+ Woodlands at Greystone development off of Aram Avenue that the mail persons keep forgetting to lock up the mailbox cluster resulting in all the homeowners personal mail being exposed to everyone. Please ensure the mail persons are checking to ensure these mailbox clusters are secured prior to leaving the site as I'm sure there are credit cards, tax forms with social security numbers, checks, etc. Thank you.

Please don't leave packages at my door instead of the package box at our postal box station. Twice packages of perishable food was left outside and once was left in the rain and another time covered with ants. I am often away for a few days and a package could stay outside for several days.

Jan 17, 2023 I submiitted correct forms to renew my expired passport to the agent at the west chester post office, airport road. I included my expired passport book. The agent assembled my paperwork and passport book with a paperclip, and said she would forward it all to the Passport Office in Virginia. Apparently my expired passport book got separated from the other papers, bacause the Passport Office contacted me saying my passport was missing from the paperwork. Now I have to complete form reporting a lost passport. I believe that all of my papers should have been stapled not clipped together.

I received a package yesterday that was delivered to the wrong address. It should have been delivered to 206 Penn Lane, W.C., PA 19382 instead of 206 North Penn Street, W.C., PA 19380. It is on my front porch. Please come and retrieve it. It is very hard to contact you for this type of issue.

My address is 441 Willow way. Paul was our mailman for over 30 years and recently retired. Yesterday your younger black "girl" mailperson wrote a note on my mail for me to cut my flower bed back from my walk way. Today she threw my mail on the ground in my flower bed. I didn't know the post office is now the landscape police. I have pics if you want to see them. In addition does she do this to all people with disabilities that cannot do the physical work even if I was going to trim? There is dangerous heat the past 2 weeks. I have health issues. I may have to file a complaint as this is a violation of the Disabilities Act. Hiring incompetent people is the best you can do? Maybe she should worry about putting the correct mail in our boxes and not my neighbors. I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE PROBLEMS WITH THIS PERSON. Do not write notes on my personal mail. MY MAIL NEEDS TO GO IN MY MAILBOX. MY FLOWER BEDS BETTER NOT GET DAMAGED. My ring camera is on. I can email the pics if you like.

Once again, the West Chester P.O. cannot handle a mail hold. Mail scheduled to be delivered on 1/8 not there. This has been going on for 30 years at our address - when - when will competency arrive to this facility?

They never answer their phone. i scheduled a package pick up and it is still on my front porch since monday. You can't call corporate as they tell you to contact your local office and the local office won't answer their calls. I would carry it up to the post office myself, but i have a fractured back and physically cannot do so. U don't know what else i can do!

I have been trying to since last year to get money owed to me by the West Chester post office. I have contacted and talked with the Supervisor, OIC, and even the post master who was John at the time. No one has done anything for me. I have all paperwork and documentation needed for my issue to show how much money is owed to me. If I can have a response and resolution to this issue that would be awesome. I was an employee from September last year into November last year. The amount of money I was missing was in the thousands. Like I said I have all documentation pay cards, and dates to show when I worked and what I am missing.

I live in Harrison Hill Apartment . I am unable to drive and must use the small mailbox for outgoing mail. How can I request a mail box outside my building?. My mail inside is not being picked up. This is being used by seniors and I feel we are being discriminated against by the Post Office. I request an Internal audit of this route. Something is wrong.

I called today (9/15/2021 at 2:50 pm) and the phone was not answered but disconnected. I need to find out whether my request NOT to forward my mail (as originally requested) is carried out--because for a few days I received no mail.

August 18, 2021 2:00pm- Wednesday I’ve been calling for over an hour now trying to get someone to answer the phone. The phone rings for three minutes and then cuts you out. Been trying to find a package that is circling around up there for over three weeks! If this “outstanding” service continues much longer, I am personally writing a letter of complaint to the Postmaster General in Washington, DC. The disregard for their ringing phone is atrocious.

They have not answered the phone for 4 days. Priority mail was tracked as delivered it was not delivered. Need assistance. No one answers!

I have tried to call this office a minimum of five times. My mailbox has been jammed shut for over a week and a half (a package was shoved into our box that clearly does not fit). I am unable to open my mailbox. Unable to get anyone on the phone. And have left four different BRIGHTLY colored notes politely asking our mail carrier to remove the package and leave at the door like they normally would with large packages. I am at a loss as to what to do as I am not being helped whatsoever.

I shipped an insured box package from New Jersey on 12/14/20 and as of today 1/25/21 it still shows out for delivery in West Chester PA. How ridiculous is that? No customer service, no one to talk to on the phone. Meanwhile my client is waiting for his package and I might be losing this client because of your terrible service. Important Tax document as stated on the envelope was put in the neighbors box. The neighbor put it in my door for me. I get the neighbors mail and put it in their door. This is unacceptable. Where is my mail.

I have not received mail for 3 days called neighbors on Michelle Drive and they have been receiving mail. I live at 478 Lisa Drive 19380 and have not received mail. Packages were attempted to be delivered after office hours and were not but residents still received notifications from the carrier that their package was delivered. So far the carrier has not yet returned today with said packages. Residents are upset and want to know where their packages are and the office is being bombarded with upset residents as well. Trying to reach a live person at USPS is a joke!

Don't even think about speaking to someone at this branch. Called for 2 hours today and the number rings 8-10 times then, goes to a fast busy signal. Nobody answers, now voice mail, no ability to leave a message. Unbelievable!!!!!!

Our mail carrier for over a year delivers our mail offten after 7:00 pm. I often see him in the parking lot in Parkway shopping center and the hotel parking lot on S High street by Parkway for great lengths of time. So way beyond a lunch break. He’s rude and honestly the worst mail man we have had. I have waited for over a year to provide feedback to give him the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough. It does not matter if it’s the holiday season or not he is consistently so late on our delivery. Not acceptable

I went today to pick up an envelope bc I got a paper in my mailbox saying they tried to deliver but it's at the post office. It was a gift from my in laws and when the postal worker brought it out he said I owed 1.50. Ummm excuse me? I need to pay for a gift that was mailed to me? He said the senders didn't put enough postage. Interesting how it made it all the way to me yet it didn't have enough postage? So make the receiver pay the postage? Excellent business model. And since I didn't have my wallet they still have the letter. so now the USPS will have to spend their money sending it back instead of just giving me my gift. You are a terrible business.

I am writing to make a complaint !!! I am quite angry! I drove home to pass my mail box and find it half open with a rubber band attached to the door and flag.in taking off the rubber band some mail fell into the streaming melting snow.Now I am pondering how to get the package that was stuffed into the box with more mail behind it OUT!!!. This was without a doubt the worst delivery ever.Now I have called 4 postal service numbers and have been carelessly pushed on to another that doesnt offer me the chance to speak to a human. Maybe Humans don't work for such a careless operation. i am trusting that this did not occur with my regular carrier as he has always been helpful and polite.If it was him I GIVE UP and will never trust my mail service again. In the past I have never complained when many things have been broken but this is too much.
