New carriers cannot read addresses they deliver by name only 2 people named Keller live in same block and all the mails goes to one address been complaining about this for months and keeps happening WHY

I need all my mail at 333 Walnut Street Wrightsville Pennsylvania 17603 apartment to nailed and held at the Wrightsville post office or shipped over to 3 or sorry shipped over to you Elizabethtown general delivery as soon as possible there's been too many problems with man and my fiance's male and I'm expecting packages from wish and a few days I would like every piece of mail from today immediately shipped and held at the Elizabethtown post office under general delivery
