I didn’t have my po keys for barrio 00915. Not only is this POb not listed in your general information. Everytime you enter the zip it corrects to another POB. The lobby is kept at 60 degrees cold. Water condensation on doors. My tax payer pays for US high electric bill. I forgot my keys & he refused to get my mail with proper ID. I can’t find my keys to POb 14193 zip 00915.
Please fix the broken A/C set at freezing & get me a copy of my keys. Postman refused to help b/c he was mad at me making a comment of our tax paying for such wasted 60 degrees.... I don’t want to go back I’m too scared...
If could give 0 stars to this post office I will. At this place works the rudest clerk I have ever encounter in my life at any service office. I work at a hotel and I know that front desk jobs are not easy, but this man is something else. Like everything bothers him. This is the closest office to my house and out of necessity I go from time to time. Today, they didn't have system to send packages. There were no signs stating so and the place was open. By the tone of his voice one could think it was my fault they had no system. I asked a question to another clerk, and this rude clerk jumped in front of him, to basically yell at me. I didn't say anything and left. I have class.
No cumplen con el horario estipulado. Se tardan mucho por atender. Cierran y abren en días laborables NO feriados. Estoy cansada de que hagan perder mi tiempo y me de vuelvan mis paquetes por las mismas razones. Los carteros no me dejan notas de donde buscar el paquete, tampoco hacen el esfuerzo en entregarlos, simplemente no lo entregan para que pase a recogerlo en un lugar donde tienen el peor servicio.
EL PEOR SERVICIO POSTAL ..... LO QUE NO ENTIENDO PORQUE SI ME ENVIAN UN PAQUETE POR FEDEX, FEDEX LO ENTREGA A USPS DE PUERTO RICO PARA ENTREGARLO A SU DESTINO.
