Según conversación con la Oficina de Servicios Generales (Sra. Nancy Soya) se comunico a sus oficibas y en relación a este asunto, y se recomendo enviar esta comunicacion para las mismas sean recogidas por ustedes.

It appears that this Post Office branch will not deliver magazines, despite proper postage having been paid. My US based Magazines are being returned to the publisher as “undeliverable”, even though other mail and packages are arriving to that address. Is this common policy among PR branches? If so, is USPS HQ okay with it? If so, might magazine publishers be concerned about the lack of service In PR for their subscribers?

There is no excuse for your not answering your phones.
You are claiming that mail is undeliverable even when there is no reason. The package is deliverable, and there is nothing preventing delivery other than typical PR laziness.
