Postal Locations

I have my neighbors letter information of delivery in my email in box. Image and all information as, where from, and where to. I am not least interested in my neighbor's letters or packages and I find this as a very severe breakdown in trust and privacy. You have my email address and in my account information is my contact information please reach out to me as soon as possible.

I called 3 post office locations multiple times...55 Corliss St., 24 Corliss, and 351 Smith (North Station) and nobody answers. I have a basic question but there's no customer service without having to take time out of work to drive to a post office location. WHY?! And why are you paying for phone service if you're not going to answer the phone and assist your tax paying customers?!

Been awaiting for an extremely important piece of mail it is now 6:20pm on Tuesday June 1st 2021 and the mail that should've been in today I have not received highly disappointed y'all need to get better with timing. I can't tell you how many issues I've had with this the past few months now it's completely unacceptable.

Need help with retrieving serial number for money order purchased at Corliss St. location . Date 2/22/21 with my debit card. can you help me with this? Thanks

I live at 43 Higgins Avenue, Providence. There are about 11 domiciles on our street. We do not receive mail every day. Saturdays especially might as well be Sundays. Please look into this.
