Thayer street . Arrived at four pm . Radio talk show said news at four as I got out of my car. Both clerks were in the back for awhile and a line formed waiting. The clerk thought he was funny when he said no more package pickup after four and I said I’ve been here since four! He said no you haven’t and pointed to a clock that said almost 4:10. When he came back with my package I showed him my phone which read 4:04. He said my phone was wrong and that the usps sets the clock ! So my question is , is your time stamp off by ten minutes?

The East Side location seems never to answer telephone calls, and that location is not alone in this.

I tried to phone the post office to ask about a bill from my credit card company which I never received. The phone call was never answered which I understand is a complaint others have made. I am penalized for a failure of the bill never being delivered. It must have been lost by the mail delivery system as I have always received them in the past. How do I check on this?
