Absolutely, positively the WORST customer service ever! Impossible to speak with a human and the few menu choices available do not address my concerns! I am still out of luck after foolishly making at least 10 phone calls and I don't even recall how long I was on hold!!!!

I haven't gotten any mail in 3 days and I get it today and the envelopes are half soaked????????? What happened to my mail - it is not raining today.
